Definition of a Shadowcast:
Shadowcasting is when a live ensemble recreates a movie on stage while the film is playing behind them. It is the ultimate melding of Film and Theatre, with the cast complimenting the action on screen and subtly contrasting it with their own unique vision. It’s about time I posted something finished. I doodled this little guy while having a beer and watching Sad Guru play at The Rainbow downtown, and then I coloured him up during the slow hours at work. I call him Jazzy.

Sorry it’s been a while. Spent some time looking up tutorials on digital painting and decided to take a crack at it. Here’s a tiny sample of my current work in progress. Going to take ages to paint all the fur. I don’t mind though, there’s something therapeutic about it.
